1. Information We Collect
Image Editing Asia respects the intellectual property and confidentiality of all creative assets transmitted to our production facilities. We collect contact details (such as names and email addresses) and raw media files solely for the purposes of rendering post-production services.
2. Asset Protection & Non-Disclosure
All client imagery submitted for free trials or paid production is stored in encrypted, access-restricted cloud volumes. We never sell, lease, license, or publicly display unreleased client assets without explicit written consent. We gladly countersign standard mutual Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs).
3. Data Retention & Erasure
Delivered work files (including multi-layered PSDs and clipping paths) are archived on secure backup servers for 30 calendar days to accommodate revision requests, after which they can be permanently erased upon request.
